Position requires a minimum of 20 years of experience holding subs and employees accountable for a high-quality end product, experienced with ADA standards, scopes on the site, accessible paths of travel, restrooms, plumbing, carpentry, doors, lifts, concrete, asphalt.
This position is for the Bay Area.
Lead layout and QC. Must be experienced with ADA standards and motivating a demo and concrete crew.
Must have certifications from coating companies, minimum 10 years experience.
