Accessible Parks Take Priority As Summer Approaches

With the Summer months fast approaching, it is refreshing to see that many municipalities are making it a priority to ensure local parks are ADA Compliant and accessible to children of all abilities.

One of the cities worth noting is Nevada's Carson City where 13 of the local parks have undergone remediation works in the last few years to make them ADA Compliant. Meanwhile, the City of Joplin, MO is building a purpose-designed ADA accessible park at Landreth Park to be inclusive for all children.
